Dan’s Night to Fight
"Like a Boss”
Saturday, April 26, 2025 | 6:00 - 10:00 pm | Village Brewery - Calgary
On April 26, 2025, family, friends, and supporters of Alberta’s ALS community will gather at Village Brewery in Calgary, Alberta, for Dan's Night to Fight, an evening to support the ALS Society of Alberta.
This isn’t just another fundraiser - it’s about standing with Dan, a husband, father, and friend, who refuses to let ALS define him.
Dan is choosing to fight and to meet his ALS diagnosis head-on with courage, positivity, and a relentless drive to make a difference for other Albertans living with ALS.
Join the Fight
Dan has always told his daughter, being scared means you're about to do something brave. Now, he’s showing all of us what that really means.
Let’s stand with him and make a difference together. Whether you attend, donate, or simply share Dan’s story, you’re helping to make an impact. Let’s fight ALS together - one night, one moment, and one step at a time.
Dan’s Story
It all started with a small muscle twitch. Nothing big, nothing alarming. But in just a few weeks, Dan’s world changed completely with a diagnosis no one ever expects. Since then, every day has been a battle, but he’s taken it on with courage, humor, and determination - not just for himself, but for his family, friends, and everyone affected by ALS.
Dan has always believed that staying positive is the only choice. Saying goodbye to playing soccer was tough, adjusting to the changes in his body has been even tougher, but through it all, his focus has been on the people who matter most: his family. He wants to keep fighting, and Dan's Night to Fight is about bringing people together to do just that. Every dollar raised will go toward supporting research, advocacy, and services for those living with ALS.
A Night to Remember
Come out for Dan’s Night to Fight and be part of something bigger. It’s going to be a night full of great moments, including:
A silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and prizes
Food, drinks, and time to connect
Stories of hope, resilience, and community
This event isn’t just about fundraising - it’s about showing up. Every ticket sold, every bid placed, and every dollar donated helps make sure people with ALS get the care and support they need.
